FAITHS WINGS ANGEL CROWN PROJECT
Every prince and princess deserves a crown no matter how small
We are honored to be one of the first to bring exclusive Angel Crowns to hospitals and parents of loss. These tiny crowns are hand made by our team of volunteers in addition to blankets and angel wings.
We know that when you face an unexpected loss there is no time to gather items, yet alone ones that fit a smaller baby. These help provide something beautiful and meaningful to the parents and their baby during their final moments together.
Outside of hospital donations we also offer these special crown, blankets and other keepsakes in care kits that can be requested for local parents that are expecting the birth of an angle. We offer direct to hospital drop off at your request.
Hospitals may request a donation of our Faiths Wings angel crowns by filling out the form below. We will only accept requests direct from the hospital staff itself.

-Standard yarn in any color
-Cotton scalloped lace no thicker than 1 inch
-1/8 inch white ribbon
-Small crochet hooks

HOW IT STARTED
Most hospitals are filled with the traditional hats and our goal was to offer something new. It started about 3 years ago with just me making crowns out of lace since I didn't know how to crochet or knit. When introducing the crowns to hospitals many ask ¨What makes them different from the hats we already have?¨ When I ask how many crowns they have in their inventory they all said zero. So I am honored to bring this new beautiful idea to hospitals all over. Once the demand increased and we got more requests for our crowns coming in i decided to add volunteers to the project and that is when we introduced the crochet crowns. We now have many wonderful volunteers that help crochet to keep our project flowing successfully. Our goal now is to have our crowns sent out to every state in the US and more! As of May 2021 we have proudly donated our crowns to over 30 hospitals within the US
